Sadly I can confirm it is 30 fps. Good thing it is “free” on xbox game pass.

At least its slower pace than Gotham Knights I would imagine.

It was claimed earlier on Twitter by an individual with early access to A Plague Tale Requiem that both the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions are capped at a frame rate of 30fps. However, it was later refuted by others early copies of the game that this is not the case, and the game targets a frame rate of 60fps.
That said, there are occasions of frame rate dips, even with the day one patch installed. As such, it’s not quite a stable 60fps, but well above the 30fps cap that it was previously claimed to have applied. |
