Yeah. I think i prefer the graphics of D2R over everything tbh. No stupid ragdoll physics either, just good ole death animations

Diablo 4 physics are amazing, you really feel hitting stuff, not sure why this is stupid.

It's interesting you say that because immediately on playing barb i thought d4 felt a bit off. Less impactful than D3. Going to take some getting used to, D4.
And i say stupid because i'd rather see gory animations (see: Shenk from D2, incredibly satisfying) that play when you kill stuff rather than enemies floating away like balloons when you smack em. D4 is better than D3 in that regard

Barb started to feel very nice after you get more gear to it, more attack speed etc.. It felt like growing in power which was nice, but yeah at start it felt slow.

fuck, that beta is way better lol. literally zero queues, runs better, looks better, feels better (obvously they upped drops in previous for balance purposes).
now it feels real, also 20 lvl limit hits hard on higher locations lol which adds up to fun challange. im bought, anyway i was from the 1st beta.
also if anyone wanted to upgrade their gfx card the rtx 40xx have promo with free diablo 4, good ive waited cuz i wanna buy both so its perfect deal, with d4 being high priced already.

it has been this way since d3 so already for...10-11 years? runing back to town to fill belt and half inv with hp potion isnt good game design, its archaic as fuck

Runs super smooth now, locked 120fps at 4K, looks better aswell. Gonna be so good, cant wait for release.

wait for a discount, its riddled with microtrans so they will discount it very soon to try n lure more suckers in to spend monies on the ingame shop, im betting 33%-40% off by xmass and by then u get some quality of life improvements like less lag and noone of this gem bullshit filling up ur stash
tried the world boss, what full retard at blizzard thought it would be a smart idea to waste 15 minutes of peoples times with such a trash encounter 99% cant complete in this beta, sure thats gonna make people open their wallet and buy the game roflol , breastmilk stealing donkies at work

This 'world boss' model might be inspired from Guild Wars 2 (also).

It's not bad IF you have plenty of events / bosses to choose from (as it's the case with GW2).

Fighting the world boss today for the trophy unlock was kind of annoying since you really are dependent on getting into a good group and have to hope no random low levels join in. Blizzard really should have run it every hour instead of every 3 hours because a lot of people do not have the time to wait 6 hours for multiple attempts so many are probably going to get screwed out of getting the trophy that probably want it.
I do like the transmog stuff and hope that all stays free as it is a great option to really get the look you want but I do kind of wish they would give you the ability to go to your local sorcerer and change your actual character 's looks or name.

right? im surprised they didn't add an enrage timer on top of it too.
D2 had some sponge bosses (ubers) but you'd just use crushing blow to take them down easily. Neither is particularly good game design.
