Latest yuzu addressed Vram bloat, but i haven't tested myself and heard mixed results. All in all improved but far from perfect.

Honestly if you have still not played it just watch the small story summary video and play Totk instead they recycle so much shit, and Totk in general just feels like a completed version of what Botw was supposed to be not to mention you will likely burn out pretty quickly if you actually try to play both games back to back.
Personally i think Botw has not aged all that well it's the same shit over and over again (Koroks,Shrines,Towers) and that's it they introduced a lot of new stuff in Totk to make the formula way less repetitive.

Played Botw last year and found it perfect, aged perfect, the repetitivness of the things to do it's not that boring, because the world, the enviroinment, the story ,ZELDA, it's like playing a world of magic.
If you love Zelda's, playing Botw before Totk it's the right thing to do 
You will not be bored, on the contrary you will ask for more.

Not planning on playing them back to back, it's just that this release reminded me I've never tried Botw, remember it running at 30-40fps on my old machine which made me give up on it back then.

I always check the YUZU EA pineapple releases. New EA almost every few hours. I am using YUZU EA 3616 as of now...mostly I believe it adds the best of the newest mods and improvements

The thing is, every project that shuts down, there is always the ones that will continue it, Nintendo can't shut down dolphin, Skyline developers decided to stop but there is already Starto in development in It's place.

Sure that's true, but take switch emulation for example. Look how much of a struggle that is. Shutting down Ryujinx and Yuzu and we could probably forget emulation altogether.
