There we go
If you think this is boring go check out "from"
I think there was only 1 filler episode and they manage to keep things moving at an ok pace. I had hoped they'd wrap up by the end of the season to move on to the other books.
and yes severage was more focused and gripping but this one is far from being bad.
I enjoy this one alot - but maybe thats cos im a fan of the books
Agreed. Just got into them, and although there are some changes (e.g. Judicial invented for the show, gender swaps etc.) I don't think it's too bad and pretty faithful to the source it seems.
really strong season finale, cant wait for next season. was a big surprise this show, not the best but just great with a strong atmosphere. i still think the show peaked at the beginning but still had its moments.

100% agree
It peaked at episode 3 but nevertheless a very good show
What defines the shows peak for you two? I'm just curious because at this point they are still introducing the cast and characters of the story. I'm trying to understand how at that point the ShOw hAS PeAkEd! I'm pretty sure the main character of the show is introduced in Episode 3 or 4, so you havn't even started the main story arc.
The peak was when they repaired the generator in episode 3. It was the tensest and most dramatic episode imo. Sure the story progressed way past that but in terms of pacing they shifted down a gear or two for the remaining 7 episodes.
they did a bait and switch that didnt worked in their favor. i think rashida and oyelowo did a much better job than rebecca in the little time they had. the beginning were very good episodes, then they killed them and rebecca did have an excelent episode 3, the tension was so high i thought the show pulled it off. but then it went downhill slowly, the constant back and forth, wants to be sheriff or dosent, not that likable character, then too much time spent with her find out whats on the hdd when we already knew what was on it, basically ep 3-9 is little world building and much filler, where 1 and 2 was very tight. then by ep 10 we are back on track and finished strong.
Prey tell, hurpadurpa, what is the meaning? And if there is a second, cryptic, meaning, why not type what you actually mean, rather than act like a prick?
why should i tell u anything if ur this angry prick? go find out urself if ur that curious, idk how am i suddenly a prick if u dont know an old movie reference. nice shitposting
I enjoyed the whole thing, didn't think it was just boring filler, or I just enjoyed it anyway. whatever.
to me, the whole hdd thing was interesting enough, and the stuff with the mayor and judicial, thinking about who knows what etc
intriguing ending too. looking forward to more in the future
Likot Mosuskekim, Woodcutter cancels Sleep: Interrupted by Elephant.
I just finished cleaning the Siloson as well, it didn't fully bewitch me but I was sufficiently entertained which is already an achievement in this day and age. Decent production values, competent performances and just the right dose of mystery - including the protagonist's ability to narrowly escape from close calls, but that was necessary to spice things up since the poor battered HDD had to carry the entire silodrama.
The final episode was the perfect way to introduce S02 so I'm definitely on board for it, hoping that the show won't end up slipping in some pear-shaped pit.
