i dont even care if i die or not, in those i tried i died maybe like 2-3 times for x fights (not to brag, they are just poorly designed/scaled with overall player level)
I agree world bosses are 'stand here holding a mouse button until it dies'. Mixes with die, respawn, die..etc
After like 12 of them, I sometimes do the douche thing of stand off on the side telling my golem to attack it, then when its 95% dead rush in and get my loot
Hell twice I ran in at the end as I saw it was up by chance, and it was almost done. I ran in on my horse, it died as I go there, so I clicked the loot drops, and left
yeah, tbh dunno why they made them at all lol. 3 is low number, mechanically they are poorly done - actual designs attacks and so on are okey, but yea - like you described - that fight makes zero sense

Also I figured out you can do nightmare helltide, go to town and change to torment (dont log out that dont work). And go BACK to helltide and open chests with the points you got in nightmare.

hes not telling anything "secret" lol. just stuff about that website and option to track those special chests. othervise youre runing blindly in that area cuz only normal chests are highlighted on the map. its basically like playing in party, splitting up and someone says - hey the chest is here.
and with that wt change - yeah i heard about it somewhere, probably gonna get patched lol. 64 lvl currently, gonna give that 70 capsone a chance now, almost finished all renown, fucking pain in the ass, to all paragon points from all acts are nice addition lol.
dunno how to approach new char, skipping campaing or not - if u skip the whole map is hidden, except those key waypoints so it almost doesnt really matter lol, but starging with all the skills, stats and paragons is nice.

Am I the ONLY one that has the issue of using town portal, then accidently going right back into my portal when trying to move? I've had to have that 50 times by now.

yeah, ive got amu +3 to all 3 different skill trees very early, served me for a long time but yeah, there are tons of better stats for amu. did u dropped any uniques worth while? got 3 now but all meh and one doubled lol

And the staff I switch between unsure if I want to keep it, that makes my ice mages cast blizzard every 10 seconds. But I dont like two handed.
The rest, I guess I got 30 total, but all either for things I dont do as a necro, or the random stats on it wasnt worth the special it had.

For the gloves. Honestly dont think I could go back to having to strategically pick corpses to explode.
I just aim at them and ignore looking at mobs now. I am 'looking thru the noise' indiscriminately for the red outlines anywhere on the screen of corpses until damage numbers stop happening.
My whole combat is essentially fruit ninja but corpses. And spamming 2 (blight) on things that I am unhappy how fast the health bar is going down in the crowd. With +6 mana per explosion I can spam it almost not stop.
Edit like this. One a recorded as me and friend raced to see who could do it with the least health potions, I had to use one.
its a bit slow to start, I'm like a diesel engine, I need mobs to start, the more the faster it ramps up.
if you watch closely now and then the Naruto run looking things sometimes is corpses with no enemies above them so they go seeking them. Not a great video for them as most mobs are over the corpses.
I dont know how people say necro has no survivability this is WT4, I just stand in the middle sometimes and my health barely moves if you watch it. I may not be the fastest to clear a dungeon. But I'm nearly impossible to kill and dont need to move other than to get the mobs on my screen.
I may not be the biggest numbers or the most tanky of all. But its about as simply of 'point and click, and wait worry free' game style as you can get.

on gamepad u don't have to aim at all lol, tho it has some disadvantage ofc like can't aim exactly with teleport and so on
Not to beat a dead horse. But made one with me trying to make them do it when all mobs are dead looking for others. Can see them running off in the distance looking for mobs no where near where I click.
If your a necro corpses go boom setup, I say it's a must have. Makes playing 10x easier.

I was able to get D4 to stream to a weak laptop and even get the gamepad to work properly If I want to go that route. I needed to add the Battlenet launcher as a non-steam game and then can launch d4 from there.
Funny as I watched a steam deck video which gave me the answer on even going this route.

D3 was pretty much all I played for a long time
i got my money out of it already, i think it was great. 10 hours every day for 2 weeks.
just sad that there is no endgame and as soon as you reach lvl 70+ the game is done and there is no reason to log in again until season 1 starts.
