I got one + 4 controllers(!) for free from a friend who was about to throw it in the garbage (glad i saw it..)

Totally clueless about xbox, is there any exclusive worth checking out?

At least i guess i can play RDR1 now.. how does it run, is it 60 FPS or is it just higher resolution?

Thanks

damn, too lazy to even sell it? that's sad. what a waste. but good thing you saved it at least.

pretty sure RDR runs at 60 thanks to that FPS boost thing

personally I just play random stuff from gamepass occasionally and other than that just some 360 and OG xbox games

stuff like Jade Empire, Skate 3, Fight Night Champion, Otogi (FROM)

of course there's always the obvious ones, Halo, Forza and Gears, though I guess you can get all of that on PC anyway

xbox really doesn't have much to offer imo, especially if you got a PC and/or PS, but I like it as a casual machine where I just try games that I wouldn't buy or finish just for some no pressure fun.

Very unfortunately, the two games I'd be most interested in at this moment are not supported by backcompat, and that's 5th gen armored core (ACV and ACVD), so I'm actually playing that on my PS3 atm haha

Take a look around here to see what's available

some great classics

I only ever play halo in coop so not sure how fun it is in single player.
coop it was decent, but not as fun as the bungie ones. considering you got a team of 4 with reviving, it may be annoying to rely on AI.
story is left unfinished too.

If I'm not mistaken the "One S/X" can also do cloud gaming of Series S/X games. Might be worth buying 3 years of Turkish Xbox Live Gold, redeeming them via VPN and doing the conversion trick so you end up with 3 years of Game Pass Ultimate for about $110 US, assuming you have decent enough internet to take advantage of the streaming.

The gold to game pass trick doesn't work anymore. As in, it still works, but it will give you 2 years now, not 3 years. This started a few days ago. It's not 1:1 anymore sadly Sad

Ugh, first I'm hearing of it. Figured that with them upping the prices of GPU it would only be a matter of time before they did something about it.$69 billion don't come for free I guess.
