Nah. After a while you just look at death differently
or you discover the op skill/item.. like 3x wolves and other summons in this game.
Wolves are good? Last time I tried them, they died from 2 hits from basically everything...
Also it's a bit annoying in the Souls-games that you don't know what you can kill now and what to avoid. Best example is the golden rider knight at the beginning. Usually in other games with such system it's much easier to kill things but here everything is a sponge and kills you in 3 hits. I wasted so much time trying to kill that knight thinking I was just bad but nah, you actually need to be much more upgraded for him.

and its great, thats the point. newcomers learn the lesson that some stuff should be approached leater on. but if youre mastered the game you can actually beat everything from the start with simple weapons lol.

Good, the DLC can wait for a bit
I just really dived in this and cannot stop ! Been a while since this had last happened, I'm really enjoying it and the difficulty is not too frustrating, or perhaps it scales better compared to some DS games that really made me want to cave my skull in at times - as in, you've got the tools to make it as easy/difficult as you wish with relative freedom.

Mens, I read that there is a dlss mod for this that *supposedly* also has DLSS2, not just DLSS3. Seems like another patreon walled bullshit mod, and on rin the only thing I've found was this:
https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=129894&hilit=dlss
Is there some sort of master-thread on rin for this nibba puredark and his dlss mods?
