This patch is for the US version, build 1.0.1.1, you have the UK/european one, build 1.0.1.3.
Just wait for the proper patch for your version.

if this isnt enough change also

4. offset: 2A36h 50 FF 15 BC 41 7E 00 -> 90 90 90 90 90 90 90

Im not sure without having the game that this is helpfull but reversing the crack from gcw let me think these are places where RLD made errors. So test it if u like. Im not into cracking that much so dont flame me if it doesnt work as i dont have the game myself to test it. There is probably more bad in the crack as this i think otherwise their would be a fixed crack already.

Explanation what it does for angry ppl Idea :

1. jump not equal -> jump always
2. jump if equal -> jump always
3. OpenEventA.kernel32
push ebx -> push 00000001
push 00000002 -> push ebx
call dword ptr [007E41B8] -> push ebx
cmp eax,ebx -> call dword ptr [007E4174]
4. CloseHandle.Kernel32
push eax -> NOP
call dword ptr [007E41BC] -> NOP NOP ....

so you see i dont implement a trojaner Smile

Hope it works till fix as i cant test till i can buy game here Sad. Good Luck and respekt to RLD for the Secu7 stuff.

It seems like Securom added some new triggers to the game that we missed in
our original release. Here is a fixed crack that resolves these issues.
Additionally the game is quite buggy, so it was difficult to find out which
were bugs and which were securom triggers.

also crack fix does'nt work for me, I tried saving the game then going to the next map, but it kicks me back to the desktop everytime.

And you sure you are using the crack-fix with the Reloaded release?
Thats funny, there are people who reinstalled the game and still coudn't get it to work.

yup i use the reloaded crack fix , the old crack made this game crash on some moments but now it runs great not even one crash , maybe its my windows config ?

New fix is out, based on the previous fix done by Reloaded. Appearently the Reloaded fix wasn't bogus, it did work for some, but this new fix supposed to work for all.
Already gave it a try, it works for me. Get it at the usual sources.

Grees one question do you have SP2 installed ? becoz i have observed that many Reloaded cracks works only with SP2 and not with SP1

I have not your problem, thus the following is no more than my 2 cents in trying to help you!
They use flash swf for district change menus, it is maybe related with your version installed of this flash/shockwave player, i really don't know... but that won't cost you a lot to reinstall this thing and see if that can solve your problem. Smile

edit: btw this game seems for me to crash more often with anti-aliasing enabled, also try to disable it before your district change.
You can also try to see which error, if any, is reported in your windows event log! lol, that can give you a hint (administrative tools > event viewer)
