an absolute mess everything is clipping into each other, nonsensical arrangement and two entering hatches ONE OF WHICH BUGS THE GAME locking me into geometry with no access to anything until I reload.
I did nothing wrong everything was placed as the game allows and in a rational order. "it just works"

I'm doing the Crimson Fleet infiltration mission with Sam as a follower, and for some reason when I entered their base Cora came along and everyone started shooting at her and chasing her around.

I noticed that as well. There was a mission where I was supposed to "sneak" in the backroom of a shop and do some shit and literally nobody objected.You may get told only if they spot you interacting with a forbidden item (STEAL). But it's ridiculous how easy it is to avoid, just crouch and ur invisible easy enough.
As for stealth, don't even bother bringing a companion along if u wanna sneak.they will fail you every single time unless they have a high enough sneak like Andreja.
So far I've had more fun watching the game break before my eyes than doing anything of note.
Why even bother having so many planets if ur only gonna put 3 cities between all of them. just 3-4 planets each with a skyrim/fallout sized maps would've been far more than enough if going for impressive scale was the goal. They had the team and funds to do it.
