Good keep these players in D4 land, better D4 than derp complaining and dumbing down all our other games.
I will check back how the game is on season 2, i love it but there is just not enough content for my taste, it is so damn boring to just spam the same dungeons all over again.
I am just glad they are doing the renown change I mentioned last month as being forced to redo all those side missions and dungeons again for the Paragon points was just too boring and I am sure a lot of people did not bother getting them again during their Season 1 run.
The targeted farming will be interesting as it will probably be bugged like all the other changes are once they first add them, so it will probably be a race to grab them all in Eternal just to have them before they fix the issue.
They still need to address the stashes though as it really should be 4 stashes for the character and 1 shared stash, not just 5 shared stashes for all 10 character slots.
Renown is good change indeed and some other QoL updates, but these should have been in the game on day one, especially stuff like search in stash, wtf blizzard... the game simply does not have any content to offer, you will just spam the fucking same dungeons all over again and farm those 5 "bosses" for extra change of uber unique in season 2, I will be bored very fast with this kind of content, even monkey could do better these days, not sure how big studio like blizzard can't pull this off. Im very disappointed to the game content wise, I bet the expansion will come when PoE 2 comes, then it will be finally good.
i cant wait for the shitstorm okt 17 once people realize end of season 1 all their se1 stash will be dumped on the floor and u have to spend hours trying to make it fit in ur old already full eternal stash space
they wont do POE solution where u get extra stash space tabs where u can only remove stuff from and not ass, they will do the d3 shitty solution where u lose everything within 30 days if u dont dump it all in ur characters inventory and people will lose their minds and only then realize how truly retarded the people who made this piece of shit game really are

I see 2500 right now on Twitch but after the first few weeks of a new season everyone has burned through all their different builds and done everything, so it is not surprising that people are moving on to other things.
The battle pass plus annual expansions does seem to be a bit too money grabbing on top of the $30 costumes in the shop. It will be interesting to see if they at least make it so that the season 2 battle pass gives you enough credit to pay for the next one because I think people are going to grow tired of even bothering to buy the battle passes if that does not change.

Doesnt need to wait for Oct. 17 as the playerbase at this point is allready gone, look at twitch and you see the base that is watching has gone down pretty hard. Roughly 1.6k viewers as of now.
The interest in D4 has gone from 100% at its peak after release to a measly 6% these days.
Saw someone on reddit posting some numbers for console players and the percentage with atleast one lvl 100 Char is absolutly low. Cant find the thread since i was on mobile, but following the current theme i dont think this game wil get any good as the main concerns like itemization and stashes are dodged in lightspeed.
Now they try to shift the focus on the next Season and people just dont care as it sounds exactly like S01. They dont get it and now come up with the brilliant idea to increase the season pass Urn of Ashes Bonus from 8% to 20% increased XP.

But since its additive its actually just a measly 3.8% increase on WT4.
The main issue is leveling from 80 to 100, as its just a damn slog. The guy also did some rough math and in the current state you need round about 30 hours to get those 20 levels (playing solo) and the nice increase from Blizz will reduce the grind to a whopping 29 hours, makes me wanna start instantly 2 new twinks with that massive timesave at hand. Fuck off Rob, retire and let someone take the lead who actually has a clue.

I enjoyed the first act and the final act. The final act was great with the mob density, and more direct path towards the quest objectives instead of running fetch quests for characters i care nothing about. The rest was about as bad if not worse than Diablo3 act 2.

Still, if they don't fix their shit i won't come back. Doing the caves with perma unlocks was entertaining but the "big" camps outside were impossible, along some short timed events where you had to destroy everything before times runs out and yet ya do barely SHIT to these SPONGEBOB enemies
