Me too, I have slowly gravitated away over the years from playing FPS/twitchy competitive type games, sim games, and MP shooter/open world TPS games. To just playing sim games, and MP shooter/open world TPS games only with friends.
Honestly cannot think of the last time I played a MP game, that involved rando's and wasn't just friends I already knew.

Considering how little free time many of us have nowdays and how much new AAA games cost with their Early Access release state, unfortunately we have to make quick decisions based on the content we have available. DICE was a studio which made many games some of us used to grow with, that's why this game gets commented. If this game was made by some random #yolo studio, I'm sure some of us wouldn't even bother to comment.
I'm glad we all are free to make our own decisions, and if this game is your thing, then you have all freedom in the world to like it. Nothing wrong with that.

its good that the little free time u have is invested so efficiently in spamming the same complaining arguments in every game thread rather than try the game for 10min

valorant is cs clone, apex is br game. just cuz they have a class/hero type system that dosent make them tf2 clones. overwatch sure, the finals looks like this type of game
It kinda feels and looks like Apex (ziplines, vertical gameplay, the guns' general look, etc.) to me without the "permanent death" aspect of BRs. I just had to chip in !
Could very well be successful, and the environmental destruction is definitely neat. Success is hard to seek and retain for this type of game.. Fortnite is now on a downwards trend, kids are growing up

open the games store steam page in a browser, right click inspect element, go to console tab and paste RequestPlaytestAccess() , a request access button will apear on steam page, click that. worked for me
as for the game idk, gunplay is nice feels like bf, but whole running around through buildings dont like so much, feels like that hyper scape game that ubisoft canceled
