Lucky bastard. My Spring Break is this week, and only this week. Thus, I had faith that the powers that be would bring Oblivion sometime this week (or at least weekend). Come Monday (when it goes retail and the powers that be do release it), I'll have a shitload of stuff to do again. Stupid marketing fucks. What's so special about March 21st anyway, why not March 13th?

Yea I have my doubts about the 360 having all those problems aswell. Im sure oblivion will be pretty similar to PC for the first month or two. Then PC mods will start to apear changing and adding things to the game while the 360 will always be vinilla. In the end its just prefrence, something simple and starts righ up or something 100% customizable.

If it takes 2 hours for the xbox 360 to overheat then that means you have it in an area where its not getting enough airflow. If there was something wrong with the actual xbox it wouldnt take very long to overheat.

i want to play it as soon as it comes out for PC, but i dont want to wait like a week for it to get cracked if it takes that long?
but then i dont want to buy it if its gonna be warezed the next day
what do u guys reckon?

not to get too off topic but what happened to alienware, i thought they were good at one point. I read their resellerratings score and everyone says they are very dissatisfied.

Hmmm...you may be right just saw they're offerin a new quad sli system. Dell was demoing a quad just a few weeks ago....arrggghh not Dell. Et Tu Alienware???

i was just exaggerating.The only problem i have with building my own PC is that theres always some piece of hardware fucking up, when I order from online. If its not my video card burning out, its my RAM. If not my memory, its the power supply, or the hard drive, or the cpu. Im pretty much done buying new computer parts.
I kinda prefer the console version tho cause its more convienient, no changing gfx settings to get a better framerate.

sorry guys to be honest 360 verison looks nice! brtter then pc ..as for mods they already stated that will have downloadable content for 360 so many mods will be allowed ..now don't get me wrong, i love the pc more then anything .but right now 360 is the best in graphics.

How do you figure that? The graphics are the same on both systems. The only difference is that PC gets the construction set.

well for one i have seen both in person my bother works for gamespy. as for looks. may just be hd or big screen plasma it was on ,but 360 looks better. now not by much at all but some effects look nicer on 360.

Like 5 pages back everyone was like "waaaaahh the PC version looks 10x better!!"
Now we have changed our minds? 
 Besides, all the talk about the xbox overheating is because of the fact that its easier to be a n00b and put an xbox in a tight wooden shelf than to do the same with a computer, since the computer is so big.
If you built your computer into a tight wooden box, hell yeah it would overheat after a few minutes, no matter how many fans you got going in there.
So of course its the same with the xbox, its after all a tiny microsoft computer for gaming..
As long as you have common sense and arent acting all n00bish, there is no problems with the 360, so stop the idiocy, (yeah i cant spell so sue me).
AS FOR THE GAME..................................................
Will horses and shopkeepers stock respawn? I know their money respawns, but their stock?
Because if you like steal and kill all the horses in the game... lol, they gotta come back right?

I have always said the graphics are the same, because thats what the devs said. The only difference that I think there is, is you can use HDR and AA together on the PC. I know on the PC you can have a higher AF though. I dont see a need for AA though, if you are running at higher resolutions anyways. But whatever im not complaining, I just want to play the game. Also, I feel much more comfortable playing on a mouse and keyboard than a controller (aiming is easier for me) so thats the reason I choose the PC version over the 360 version.

Does that mean we will get a Gamespy review pretty soon? =D
Yeah i know what you mean Avengence, its just that the only time you'r gonna get HDR+AA is with the latest Radeon cards, so personally i wouldnt get that benefit.
If i didnt have a hdtv tough, of course i'd go with the PC version, if not i'd be pretty stupid =D

Developers said you cant use AA + HDR at all in the game due to the way they implemented HDR. Not sure why it would be like that on the PC and not on the 360... whatever though, it wont ruin the gameplay cause I see some jaggedies while I am playing.

Actually i think we MIGHT see a release soon(tm). I dunno i just, its just such a huge hyped game. And it doesnt use any new copy protection, imagine if HL2 had normal securom, it would prolly be out before the store date then.
Well at least we can say as much that once the official forums start teeming with dudes screaming and showing screenshots, then we can start to get excited.
