Was that just a couple of minutes? I think it was longer than that as both me and my mate got it at different times.
Edit: But not that i check my account. its been changed to the normal one..lol

NEWS: Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite and Unreal Engine, is laying off a whopping 16% of employees (or around 900 people), sources tell Bloomberg News.

Epic boss Tim Sweeney says in email to staff:
- "For a while now, we've been spending way more money than we earn"
- Fortnite Creator profit margins not as big as Fortnite was
- 870 jobs eliminated, but Epic is still hiring
- No more layoffs planned

This dude was shitting all over steam for being a shitty store that he could improve alot when he was doing steamspy. 8 years later egs is functionally still a store that lacks features or improvements.Acting like all the good things EGS brought or the W's are just because of him which I kinda doubt.
Anyhow things seem to have to change with epic.
*No blockbuster game giveaways
*layoffs
*getting rid of the "Director of Publishing Strategy" who clearly tries to distance himself from the upcoming Epic 5.0.
We'll see what time will show.

they fired like two main people behind creation of EGS . Galoynkin and kreiner https://twitter.com/joekreiner/status/1703859925565297119 (Kreiner was mentioned at least in the court documents as the EGS strategist.)
