Thankfully, all the clues and info so far indicate that it's not going to be Redfall 2 but the long-awaited Dishonored 3. It will bring the franchise to new heights by also presenting the Arkane Shared Universe project that will interconnect all the classic award-winning franchises in the current persistent one in order to keep things fresh thanks to exciting daily events and rewards.
There's a leaked w.i.p. concept/screen too, it looks promising:

-Last of Us Movie DLC
-Bud spencer pack
-And a whole new map featuring the house of the beloved Friends series
-Pre order bonus: get now the ever fantastic Eminem lyrics pack which will let you pick up eminem's iconic Real slim shady lyric paper from one of the stashes (per license the player will only be able to read this for 6 months, which will be than removed due to license expiry)

The decaying Eastern Bloc-inspired art style played such a huge part in HL2 and Dishonored 1/2, it made them mysterious and really unique. RIP, he was only 53 as well :'(
