I don’t see what we’re arguing about anyway.

People not liking my opinion on sports, that I have no power or desire to enforce either way. Seems just having one make people think I want to start making calls and change a thing I have no interest in watching or changing to start with Razz

Personally I say do away with all sports that people get paid to do, and use that exorbitant amount of money it costs, makes, and uses for things other than yelling loudly at people kicking an inflated ball around, or picking up really heavy things to put them back down again with no tangible reason (and so on) Razz

5.77 billion dollars gained by them on watching men kick balls with their feet at nets in 2023 (just Fifa alone).
Again...personally, not suggesting we all agree we need to. Just I can't think of the last time I watched any sports on my own, or voluntarily (it's usually when at a friends, or family and they have it on and stuck in the living room with them watching it).

I agree with the football stuff but thats kinda way off topic. Razz

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
