I'd major fps dumps on the Meridian cut scenes, like drops from 60 to 10-12 fps, no matter the settings. But yeah it's one pretty game.

The contrast of playing Dragon's Dogma 2 first, then this, is pretty huge
All of the game's settings in the launcher + FOV slider is nice. It runs well (140 - 200 FPS), controls well, looks beautiful and doesn't have any glaring issues. The polar opposite of DD2. This is how it should be on launch day.
It was sad to hear Lance Reddick's voice in the intro though
Everyone should buy this instead of Microtransactions Shitma 2.

This one might by better in technical aspect and without all that DD2 microtransaction crap, but still leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to a gameplay.

if the audio and the graphics can be extracted it would be possible, e.g just pitching down the audio for her a bit + change body and face wouldn't be weird sexually either since she's lesbian (but mostly just 100% asexual)

There's something strange with the mouse. There's no acceleration or lag, but it's like the mouse input isn't sampled at a very high rate. Every other motion is smoother than turning the camera at any given framerate.
The FPS can take a dump and not recover when changing graphics settings.
Mouse problem was resolved by turning down NVidia Reflex from "on+boost" to just "on". The FPS taking a dump from twiddling with graphics settings is just my 10gb 3080 running out of VRAM.

Man, the game looks great and runs really well. If only I had any sort of investment in it. Like the world, to me is the most uninteresting, boring shit. Couldn't get into the first one, and can't get into this either. Can't even put my finger on what it is about it either. Also doesn't help that characters that are supposed to be in their early 20s, look like they're pushing 40.

FPS tanking is probably some bug related to 20XX and 30XX cards and Nvidia Reflex, a lot of people on steam forums are reporting it and disabling reflex seems to fix it. Probably some kind of vram leak too because restaring the game fixes the drops for a while.
EDIT: So Nixxes tech never downgrades textures in framegen and just overfills VRAM and then drops the textures to regular RAM.
Some people are also saying that there is a PS4 Dual-Sense pad bug and if you have it connected wirelessly it hard locks fps to 30.

I haven't run into anything like that left image so far with the fix, but I haven't played more than like 15mins yet. Comparing 750nits to 236nits sounds like he's adjusted diffuse white to 750nits instead of max luminance, though.
