so if i wanted to reuse any of these actors/mercenaries in another scene, other episode, how will the ai be able to reproduce the exact same assets ? Does it have a seed nr. ?

A LORA could do it, but you would need to train it. Seed has nothing to do with what it generates (well the specifics of what it generates). The prompt, LORA/Lycoris, model, and maybe textual inversion, does.
Like this..different seeds, same prompt. The subject matter doesnt change, the 'scene' does.
Seed: Red Sports car in the woods. (Dont ask me, first thing I thought of to type in the prompt for some reason)

Edit: Also you are seeing the final result, they may have generated 100's of that character to hand pick which to add to the video. Since it only takes seconds per pic. So 100 images to pick the 'best' is like 2-3 minutes?
