Would be nice if I got a call from EB on Monday, but somehow I know that my local managers are lazy and don't care enough to send an employee to the distribution center to pick it up.
They did it for Fable.. but somehow I doubt Oblivion will get the same treatment

damn the godfather ships the same day as oblivion, but they cant get a hold of it ?? BS! I realy do think that reloaded already do have and have cracked the game, but do not want to release it until monday because of the strict release date coming with this game

Many retailers has the game in stock a few days before the actual release date, and if you're lucky a few of them will sell the product to you (which is illegael, because they break the deal they have with the companies so they risk their necks). However, most of them do not put it on displayed before the release date.

Yep, I guess they have. It just takes them a bit of extra time to make proper cracks for the game.
It's not like cheap whores like Mirror who go out and buy the game when it is in store, make a clone image and just toss it on the net.

Jep but don't count on it. Game like that are often out on the release day and not earlier what whould mean monday or tuesday or wednesday?

Not true for oblivion. There is no "release date" or "stree date". Bethesda was clear, the 20th is the date the boxes start shipping. Meaning that before that, they don't let any copy get out of their hands. And therefore no store has it.
Stores are allowed sell it as soon as they have it.
20th is the date bethesda let the game get out of their hands, and after that they don't care anymore.
Logically, it means that it will appears on stores the 21st. That is, considering that if they start sending the 20th, stores will get it late the 20th at best, ans start selling them the next day. But actually some stores said they would send someone get it to bring it back faster, and start selling then as soon as their guy commes back with the boxes. Wich might be the 20th.
Considering a clone is not htat had to do, there is every chance that someone getting it the 20th or 21th will make a clone for us leechers. And so, the warez release would be 21th at best.
Now, even if the game hasn't shipped to sotres yet, there's still the possibility of a leak. Review copy or stuff like that. But that is unlikely.

You are so wrong!
Bethesda dont sit on any copys. The games are shipped straigth from factory(press) to shops and they ALWAYS arrive a few days before release. Shops on their other hands cant sell any copies before the 20th which is the date Bethesda has set or they break the NDA and can be fined. EBgames, gamestop and other big webshops or malls already have the game in stock and start shipping to customers the 20th march.
I know this because i work with games daily. You can believe whatever you want but this is a straight fact.

Clones are the way to go, its nothing cheap about it, why? Because its easy to make one? So fuckin what??
Clones = all patches, all mods, everything works, no crack needed ever ever.
Firstly, i'd rather have a clone than a reloaded version, secondly, i'd never call any release a "cheap whore" release.
Every release is a victory in todays anti-pirate war. So shut the fuck up, you dont even deserve to buy the game with that attitude..
The game does NOT come with a crack you know, you think the game itself in its original form is cheap whore shit too?
