I've watched a lot of Nerdrotic and Heelvsbabyface during the last few years, almost daily, but it's gotten to the point where it just annoys me and i stopped completely because of how repetitive the content is. It's good to call out garbage and it's good that he's gotten big i think, but i don't need to listen to shit i already know. "star wars is dead!" for the 4932th time etc.

What you are replying to is not about Drinker. He actually liked this movie and Road. While he is a grifter, he has a lot more integrity to say stuff is good when it is, unlike other utub imbeciles touted as “anti-wokeh warriors”, but are nothing more than clickbait morons (like Nerdrotic, in this case).
Drinker is similarly shit in many of his takes.
He thought Road House (new one) was woke just because it had a black woman in it (owner of the road house). It's not really what woke is at all and almost any movie could be considered woke if we go down that route.
Road House was a decent to good 80's like movie and it wasn't woke, no more than the new Top Gun is which they both praise like it's the best movie they've seen in 30'ish years.
They both constantly go on and on about how we need more 80's-like movies and then they shit on something which absolutely is very 80's inspired and for a totally idiotic reason.

Drinker has a "After hours" channel - a podcast with nerdotic and other 40 year old"critics" of entertainment for teens. And it's just same shit rince and repeat with woke and women being a problem.
As goes for Furiosa - I enjoyed it. But it's really flawed movie. It clearly didn't have enough money to realize the idea - with really bad green screen, bad lightning and lackluster last chapter where there is tell no show moments because of budgetary restrains.
My major gripe with it is wonky writing - especially when Furiosa is taken by Immortan Joe. She is pure (doesn't have radiation sickness) and so is destined to be the bride. But Ricktus Erectus kidnaps her - as I presume - to rape her. Furiosa escapes - and no one ever bats an eye that one of the brides disappeared. This is really low point of the movie - not well written and thought out.
On the other hand the movie shines when it shows the existance in a world past nuclear winter when people fight for scraps and most of them are rabble and life is cheap. I liked the Mad Max expy - the Immortan Joe's pretorian and Furiosa's mentor. Unfortunately he was a little bit too Mad Maxy. This middle chapters were the best.
Overall with some script doctor\better screen writer and bigger budget - this probably would've been great - a cult movie. Unfortunately it lacks polish and budget. As I wrote I enjoyed it but I understand the criticism.

Several people in this sphere are doing their own movies, comics. I think it could be a great reality check for them but what happens is instead the opposite, their followers will buy it, continue to buy it and endorse it and claim it's incredible when it's often bottom of the barrel garbage. Young Rippa made millions doing his garbage comic books, when critiqued he uses leftist tactics to try to cancel these people (and these have been people on the Right, like EVS, Dick Masterson).
I do like the idea of them doing their thing, but when it's effortless garbage to grift from their many followers, maybe not...
Who watches this drivel (the utub)? 20 minutes of him being an imbecile. Who sits there and watches that? Even worse, who interacts with him in the chats?
And of course, the thumbnail is his retarded expression, what else
it's often bad because it means it must meet certain standards that are agreed upon, like DEI / wokeness / politics. I prefer if games and movies are free from that.
