Dialing back on children is one thing people can easily agree on. Dialing back on economic growth and pensions though, will bring about riots.

people here aren't even getting married let alone have kids, those that do have just the one and done or 2 max. It takes a real diagnosed retard to have more than that these days.

I'm talking about the average working class person, if you are wealthy or make above average for your country my statement does not concern you. I'd say 3 kids is still within reason.

Sterilise every second child that is born, problem solved, and no I am not talking about eugenics, this should be a world wide initiative.
And definintely stop IVF on the NHS, ffs you are not ill you are just infertile, deal with it, you will have more money for hoilidays
