how the f**k can i see the whole map ? i'm running around the whole brooklyn and little italy (i have save spots in each neighborhood) and i can't find the damn save spots. any ideas ?

Any hits&tips how u can get into the guarded houses with like 5 red suites or blue suites in from of a store?
i tried all afternoon ;'( never worked with killing or cops or car ran true :'(

How do you guys set up the controls? I tried the key/mouse...but found it pretty difficult with the q & e keys.
Then I tried my logitech dual analog gamepad...works fine. BUT what buttons do you configure? Clearly...there are not enough buttons to match all of the keyboard moves. So which one's do you guys set and which do you leave out?
In the early training...when you grab the guys by both shoulders...I used the gamepad without any probs. But then it tells you to stand them up using the keyboard..there is no set button for that one?
So..what I am asking is..those who are using gamepad...how do you have your controller set up? What do you use the pad and keyboard?

well let me tell you, it totally compares to Mafia
though Mafia was more linear
in GF you have lot more to do with consiquences
both had quite the same graphics
if you can't learn the controls or reassign them then the problem is in yourself
mafia was a good game and this ain't any more worse than just a bloody good game

WTF you saying that they both had quite same graphics’? This godfather graphic’s literally suck. Even GTA SA had better graphics and GTA SA has really open game play environment and no loading screens (on PC). And the Mafia graphics where really really really good.
PS: Mafia graphics sucked like hell on the consoles. |

Mafia is 4 years old (from 2002) and Godfather is about the same graphicwise, although worse when it comes to the cars. But you might say Godfather is 4 years too late when it comes to the graphics  Seriously, it really should have looked much better.
I find the controls in Godfather to be really awful. Even a simple action as turning around is clumsy. The game just totally lacks control, and no, it has nothing to do with me.
Other than that I don't have any complains. |

hmm i have this problem with exiting a car aswell eventho it is allso the space button, entering no problem

Hi i'm playing on a Athlon 2600+ xp with 2x256ram(dual mode) and ati9600pro and i have about 15-17 fps(800x600 with everything off/low) did some have the same? That game i so crapy :/
I give it 4/10

Maybe you should read the whole thread... then you would haqve know that the cracks (nogroup release also) are all nuked atm. Cracks do fuck-up the controls!

lol all this hassle to get the game working, then you'll be pissed off because it's fucking terrible. movie games suck, the godfather is another game that follows this trend. ea should be ashamed.

Fucking bullshit... This game is just getting better. You're all just some gfx upsetted whores 
IMO:
+ Story is great, fighting system, big map, smart checkpoints, cool to drive over people, fun extortion-punisher like thing, bullet wounds, good flames in this game, lots of things on the road can take damage.
-not that many different cars, some bugs, car stearing.
