Elden Ring + DLC

While I'd give ER main game a 9/10, I can't give the DLC more than... 7.5/10.

Feels sometimes too cramped / convoluted compared to main game. Unless... it's just a huge 'Legacy Dungeon' on it's own (a cool take from a YT comment).

DLC is at MIXED reviews on Steam atm. (61% reviews are positive)

My Time in Sandrock

Got it in early access as I enjoyed My Time in Portia and finally started playing 1.0. I wouldn't usually play these sort of games, but the graphics set it apart somewhat, and it has some nice moments with the other characters. Just got married, and knocked her right up! Laughing

3rd game in the series was just announced, so that's good news too.

Halo Infinite
Never played it before, been having a blast in the past week. No sweating, just pure pew-pew fun. Reminds me a lot of UT.

Chivalry II
Because I'm a masochist... I keep getting assraped, but I'm still enjoying it, as the combat is just way too fun(ny).

Peaks of Yore. Really recommended, it really tries sth different, requires high frustration tolerance though Wink. I would love a title with a similar premise but a higher budget and rl mountains.

Lonely Mountains Downhill. Super chill game with really tight controls.

Basically filling up time till factorio expansion comes out Very Happy

That was 21:9.

There's always some stretching there.

Unless you play at some narrow, puke-inducing, console 60 FOV.

Finished The Plucky Squire, a nice puzzle platformer that plays around with 2d and 3d. It's more for the experience and the visuals, it's easy and straightforward. But I enjoyed it a lot.

Dicey Dungeons - it's fantastic all the mechanics are really well thought out. Nice coffee break time waster.

Minishoot - great chill metroidvania, twin stick shooter, bullet hell.

And trying to finish Chained Echoes but because how encounters work in this and the need to grind resource for upgrading the gear I kinda lost the spirit for it.

Finished Black Myth, what a blast and a good "casual" introduction to souls-like games, but holy shit some of the boss fights... I got the "secert" Ending as well and uninstalled, time for new games and reality Sad

Decent game unless you scratch the surface and peel off the paint because under the hood, there are so many, many issues. First being that this is NOT an RPG, just an action game with stats. The world and atmosphere are great though.

And Phantom Liberty is shit.

Ghost of Tsushima - looks amazing in 4k with hdr and everything turned up. The game might not have the best fidelity, but the art direction is great and makes it one of the most beautiful games. It also plays well, and is a more relaxed version of a souls-like. It's enjoyable enough and even the side missions having a bit of flavor to them is a nice touch, given most are basically the same thing over and over, but they tried hiding it at least.

Bloodborne on shadps4 - It runs and looks alright now, but it crashes too much still, so only messing around more then anything. Sound also bugs out still and there's some missing graphical elements, but it's had amazing progress.

Silent Hill 2 - technically playing it, but not really. Not a big fan of horror, and this hasn't changed my mind. The initial monsters look terrible, the game runs sub-par and it's just overall a whatever game for me. Installed it more to test the system and graphics, but it's not for me.

Finishing up God of War Ragnarok. Just completed the main story, and going through some side stuff now. Only 2 ravens left, apparently, so might as well get them. And there's the DLC too, so I'm not done yet Very Happy
Great game, albeit a bit dragging at some parts, it didn't outstay its welcome. The way they integrated the lore is cool, I may have spoiled some stuff for myself because I kept looking up names on wikipedia Very Happy like the good old Ass Creed 2 days

I was playing Elden Ring but just beat prmised consort Radahn just now. I didn't play it back when it came out so just played through the base game and DLC back to back. Loved it. Solid 9 or 9.5 out of ten for me. I feel like I've seen everything in the game after just shy of 200 hours, shame it's over.
