Nice gonna give it a go just to see the progress, will actually extract those sys files from my ps4, i also have base game pkg i dumped years ago, guess just need to re-dump the patch without the 60fps edits.
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D / MSI Gaming X Slim GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER / ASRock B650 PRO RS / Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 / G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 / Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB / SeaSonic VERTEX GX-850 850W Gold / Lian Li LANCOOL 216
EDIT:
I remember that according to recent supposed switch 2 leaks that the switch 2 itself is backwards compatible since the hw is 1:1 compatible but just better. So an emulator like ryujinx would be insta compatible with switch 2 games i guess. That's why it would be logical for nintendo to get ryujinx of the map maybe pay them off, threaten them or something else..

Honestly can't blame open source hobbyists who do this on their free time to not wanna deal with nintendo's lawyers, still sucks balls but I'm sure the void will be filled.
The end was when the leaked Zelda game became playable on the Ryujinx!!
YUZU ended after they continued showing video of leaked games playing on their emu!
Both dummies. I mean what choice does Nintendo have?
Live on and emulate!!
If I was Emulation Developer, and offred to get paid off to stop working on it I will decline, it sound clicha' but not only money isn't everything, and talanted developer like him will most likely offered more on developing other projects than Nitendo one time pay.

Not sure, if they offer him a couple 100k with a "or else" attached to quickly put this to bed, and the guy is Brazilian, so that money would set him up for life.. i don't know
Meh, it's not like the guy has all the answers and all the info to keep emulator working and improving on it.
Just like yuzu (AFAIK), someone will carry the torch.

Why? Did they steal Nintendo code and use it in the emulator?

While emulation software itself are legal as long as they don't infringe copyright protections on the console, emulating games is only so when legitimately purchasing the game physically and ripping the contents.
Unless they actually broke an actual law I guess Nintendo simply threatened to pull them into a litigation process that would take years and cost the group a fortune to go through.

Yep, that was my first tought as well. Being troubled of what's to come, even if legally, if they're emulating everything properly they're entitled to do so.
Seems like Gravity Rush Remastered runs fine. Both this and GR2 are one of my favorite PS4 games. GR2 with the 60 fps hack on a (hacked) PS5 is amazing.
I wish Sony didn't drop this IP.
