Saw it when I was in Chicago, in a nice AMC theatre, room almost empty, in what I consider being the best seats; crisp image, excellent surround sound.
I enjoyed the US theatre experience, not the movie.
Watch it if an Alien-nerd/too much time on your hands.

was def worth the watch, the technical side is very well done and has some amazing shots, started great but then goes retarded story mode then that thing at the end didnt really worked, not great fan service moments too and the ian holm android looked very cgi, but in the end it was not that bad as people said, just ok
Scriptwise this one was definately better than Prometheus or Covenant, a nice solid horror leaning movie. Member berries were quite bearable in this one apart from the 'Get away from her, you bitch'.
I liked it, very close 8/10 for me - only thing that annoyed is the cast that was too young indeed

seeying alien and aliens in the cinema must have been a wild ride back then , can only imagine. maybe once i get my 100 inch oled in a few years ill give it a go if i can find a 4k dl. 55 inch doesnt do it justice
actually not sure 4k is a good idea, the charm is in unsharp stuff so ur brain dont question to much and bilives the solidly crafted lie with the techniques from back then putting many cgi from even 2024 now to shame
and afterwards ill play the avp game from 1999 as a marine in pitchdark beep beeep beeep beepbeepbeepbeep beeeeeeeeeep not sure my heart can take that haha brrrrr
