I'm way pickier than most people here. I like Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Deadwood, typical series which has a super high scores on IMDB and is usually universally loved.
So no, that does not mean if something is considered bad by most it's highly likely that it's something i would like instead. Very very much the exact opposite.

Pretty sure Andor has a high score, and i never said it was a bad show or "shit", not sure how many times i have to repeat that, but i guess your argument doesn't work unless you lie..
Overall seems like a good show that people praised, it's why i'm likely going to give it another shot, like i said.
The main criticism i've seen is people saying it's slow and needs patience, and that was my impression in the first episode.
There are many shows where the first episode is a 9/10 and then it turns to shit. So no, you can't judge any show by first episode and there's no talent like that.

how is it not clear that if i say i might give it another shot i also believe it could be good. a lot depends on mood. A show or a movie can easily be a 5/10 and then you watch it later it's a 9/10 because you're in the mood for something just like it... same with games or food or whatever it is.
just because you liked it from the start doesn't mean it will apply to everyone.
never said this show is "magically better for me" either.

u give it another shot cuz it got very good reviews and if u continue to say its bad now then u look like a moron...thats why

in fact this show got some bad reviews from the "fandom" at the start, many said boring and watnot, very low viewers, only the people who knows wat a good movie is praised it and by the end resulted in one of the best shows of that year and one great show in general that happened to be a star wars show too, now all of them hacks are in shambles and lost all credibility

Sounds pretty good then.. I can absolutely enjoy slow stuff, i mean i enjoy Stalker haha, i doubt many people can even get through that movie.
It's all about expectations i guess , i probably expected something faster paced and because of that i lost interest, at least now i know it's a slower paced show so i can set my expectations accordingly.

where did i gave up about the entire show? i said i watched the first episode and it was slow and a bit boring but i also said i'm willing to give it another shot. so no i didn't.
which drunktard? which other gangs of idiots on the forum? my impression of the first episode is my own.
what is even this discussion? someone dislikes an episode of a TV show on the internet and this triggers you like there's no tomorrow? take a break from forums, get more sleep or visit a psychologist.

Odd choice of music (still better than any hip hop crap), but S1 was so good that they got more than enough credit to get away with it.
Apart from that I love the fact that the trailer doesn't follow the modern trend of spoiling half the story.
