Depending on many factors you can contact her asking if she needs some help or ignore her noise by creating your own like listening to loud music, in noise cancelling over the ear headphones for better effect.
U can do both.

ugh i have a horror neighbour too. Some ukrainian. When he coughs it sounds like he's about to puke. Absolutely disgusting and he's out smoking and coughing regularly.

The neighbour women is still coughing, and now during the daytimes a dog starts barking.
(separation anxiety) It sucks to be me. Sad

Edit: The other day I went over to my neighbour and offered her some pills.
