“It’s been 27 years y’all, why now? Because we made a promise.”
The creative minds behind Life is Strange at DON’T NOD Montréal are proud to present a brand-new story-driven journey through time - Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.
The magical summer of 1995 is one of self-discovery and forging unbreakable bonds for high school friends Swann, Nora, Autumn, and Kat. 27 years of no contact later, fate reunites them to confront the long-buried secret that made them promise to never speak again.
Music composed and performed by Nora Kelly.
Coming late 2024 on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
Haha nope.
I will probably get it for the Pussy5 but it’s way too early to prehurrdurr.
Need to see more including review scores before I’ll consider it!
That game, while developed by the original LiS dev looks a lot worse than the actual upcoming Life is Strange game by other dev (albeit these other dev did LiS Before the storm and True Bloods)...
Gameplay, gfx, all look worse.
I'm a fan of LiS and while I'll pull a headshot and i'll prehurdur Life is Strange (at uncle rajesh store, I'm not that idiotic to order it at the most expensive regions unlike some others), I won't for this one!
I really liked Life is Strange 1 & 2 and Tell Me Why, but this one? Don’t bother.
Pros:
- Good atmosphere, gorgeous lighting.
Cons:
- Characters design straight out of Dustborn. And of course, they start a band.
- "Oh my god, you're so cool, I'm so awkward, we're so lesbians!!" constantly.
- Terrible lip-syncing and facial expressions.
- One scene about the big mystery, but other than that, Tape 1 is just us doing girls stuff.
- Anticlimactic ending. You expect something supernatural, but no, she just has
Spoiler:
cancer.
Meh, half a game of nothing. What a waste.

tried the game for a bit, aesthetically it looks really great, like a a24 movie, with much attention to detail with a bit of yellowjackets vibe, but its very slow and boring and the characters dont feel at all interesting, the filming mechanic is very annoying and too frequent and not helping either. seems very bloated, shame cuz from the trailers looked good.
