Well, tbf The Mist was also great. The ending was changed from the book and he (King) liked it even better, which I concur. It still gives me goosebumps when I revisit it.

I've never seen such a prolific writer, but he was on drugs most of the time.
Watched The Langoliers recently, also very interesting movie with a unique atmosphere. Effects suck though.
I doubt this will be a good one. When I read this story many many moons ago in whatever collection it was I found it the most boring one.
EDIT: Oh, Stephen King is "The author with the most book-to-movie adaptations", 51 adaptations (unless you count William Shakespeare).
