Bethesda says no mod support, I say false. It really is unreal slapped on top of oblivion, the data folder is nested in a lot more folders but same concept.
The esm and esp files appear to be 1 to 1 in file size with old oblivion on the latest update. Haven't done much testing but I have modified the iron longsword to do 10000 damage (1734 due to low one handed level). It's probably safe to say all mods that don't require oblivion script extender will work for the remastered.
As for load order the file is also located in the data folder this time around. You can use the old construction set to modify the files
game data path:

Runs outside 60fps+ on 9070XT @ 3440x1440 with all settings maximum including RT, FSR 3 on quality and frame generation off, gonna hold up until they bring FSR4, i thought it was supposed to use it at release. Game feels great, good work from that Virtuos developer, Bethesda would have never done it this good
Yep, it feels very 1:1 compared to the original, physics etc.
it runs better now, installed new drivers.
such a boring game world in comparison to Gothic 3 which i'm also playing, this looks a bit better (especially people), but Gothic 3 has NO loading screens whatsoever, which makes it just immensely more immersive and enjoyable.
The game has 2 biomes, forest and oblivion, lol. even worse than Skyrim which at least has maybe 4 various ones. Morrowind obviously beats them all.
Combat feels a bit different yes, it's not using the same animations so that alone will change it. Anything else i have no idea, but everything feels very 1:1... leveling seems to be the same.
You can tell where the game is the same, but so much is improved
If this truly is as moddable as people say, this is a far better base to start from than a version based on Skyrim
It feels odd playing Oblivion with real looking people, good lighting and decent animations. With a mod that kills the bullshit light sources, it would look incredible in dungeon areas.
Pretty funny how all of the old console commands still work, tgm, tcl, kill, qqq etc
Maxed out, it runs at 160FPS indoors, ~110 outdoors. My only gripe is that 110 has a bad feel to it, it's not as smooth as it should be
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
