To me in those leaked BF6 multiplayer videos it looks like mix of BF3 and BF4, great graphics and nice destruction aswell, in other words looks promising.
the pre alpha videos are superb... I just hope they will tune the "sad reality" filter down and put some colors, but I am sold. Insta preorder... I will just continue my bad habit I am preordering BF games since BF3.... I played BF3 ~300 hours, BF4 less than 100 (shit pc at the time of rls), BF1 for 10 hours, BFV for 30 and BF2042 for 150+200 (the count bugged out in EA app). This looks back to BF3-4 roots mixed with CoD... Only issue might be not enough maps (some for Armored kill like dlc) or Nicky Minaj skins...
10 maps... not bad. If they will add at least 10 more later Wish the Premium with DLC packs is back instead of live service bullshit. Then they could release it for free to everyone after year or two so the maps are not dead.
At its current state personally I have mixed feelings.
Setting is good, no futuristic shit.
Gunplay seems solid although the massive amount of attachments could make some weapons unbalanced.
I hate class unlocked weapons idea. IMO there shouldn't be buffs for using class specialised weapon but a debuff for not using it. IE when a sniper takes LMG he should have more ADS and/or recoil.
Big hate for class perks as some give you unfair advantage, IE explosion resistance. Also assault should still be medic to make a contribution to the team - it's too solo centered with stims and 2 main weapons.
Last thing about classes that bothers me is the number of gadgets you can have.
Movement is good except for slide n shoot (this one I'm not sure if it ads bullet spray like when jumping) and no damage from falling 2 story building when using jump roll.
Destruction seems good but it looks like houses are made of paper.
Lastly the thing which I believe is a bug is parachute speed which looks more like wingsuit.
Looks fine to me. However i am not willing to shell out 70€ for a game published by EA at this point. Unless theres cheap keys somewhere i wont get it on release.
