So, is this game series about shooting arrows, running, dashing and evading only – or is there melee too?
there's melee, but it's garbage so you don't really do it too much, the bow combat is amazing, it's absolutely the best part with the game. you can do all sorts of things with the bow too so they've made it fun and varied.
if i would review it, then it would be something like;

protagonist 2.5/5
quests 3/5
world design 3.5/5
i bet many would disagree with story and maybe protagonist. i was not a fan, but i'm almost never (for games).
So, which version is better on PC (I'm reading contradicting info about this): the original (i.e. complete edition) or the remaster?
Remaster has better, more colorful lighting, noticeably worse performance, reduced maximum FOV (fixed by CheatEngine table) and a new feature from Forbidden West - "apply look" to an outfit, but the feature is bugged and doesn't work correctly. Otherwise, both versions are great.
P.S. Almost forgot, the most important mod (you know which one ) does not exist for Remaster yet.
