That "Demons Souls" remake is still taking its sweet time but otherwise yeah, they've ported most of the current first party games over by now and that will likely continue.
Bit of a wait for the PC version but they seem to be improving how its being handled and it gets those first few patches out as well, not bad at all and probably overall quite a successful strategy from Sony.
EDIT: Looks like Sony might be varying it up a bit too, there's that poster on the previous page but more dad-bod stuff and homoeroticism following the poster-boy on this sort of content from the X-Men with Wolverine.
Although what do I know, would be nice if the story and writing could stand out a bit more and it wasn't just about certain tropes or trying to be diverse or diversifying but in an incredibly shallow way.
Ultimately though its going to be about gameplay, lengthy unending tutorials over-simplifying and continued explanations of the most base mechanic possible.
I do like the improved customization and accessibility options, stuff for toggling off certain undesirable or annoying effects are also always welcome, but there's still some problems and I don't foresee anything changing there for video gaming in 2025 and beyond.
Some really interesting indie projects though, the one major area I really haven't caught up with at all over these last few years.

Between this and microsoft dumping the heads from xbox and replacing them with some AI doofus, AAA future is looking so bright we're all going to need shades.
And I don't even like remakes/remasters that much, but at least those were mostly for single player content.
Some people theorize that sony and microsoft are trying to use AI and whatever else to try and set up a roblox of their own, good luck with that shit...

They are probably closing down before PS6 release. Hopefully the history will repeat itself when Sony realises that PC isn't that bad after all in terms of sales.

Hardware prices are going through the roof.
Same goes for consoles.
Ps5 getting more and more expensive in the near future is very likely.
So why would anyone buy a console that costs almost as much as a pc when it has the same games.
Imo that's the reason why they might pivot back. (with the high prices sony cant just sell at a loss to stay competitive and besides they know that xbox is dead)

Even if this true there are bearly true Sony exclusive left, I doubt PS6 will be much different as most games will be Multi platform either way.

Highly doubt they will sell enough games on the PS5 and later on PS6 to not roll this decision back in a few years. Especially if their Dev costs keep ballooning.

Sony sold like ~90 mln of PS5 already and PS6 is rumored to have a release in 2-3 years (or more) so a lot of time left in this generation. They must think their player base is big enough, and will only grow, to play "exclusives" card again.
I must say it is a rather smart move. I bought my PS5 as I wanted to play Horizon 2 after playing HZD on PC. I probably wasn't the only one that did it playing Horizon, Death Stranding, Tsushima, GoW or whatever else on PC first. Now that more people played those games on PC, chances to gain additional console buyers are very likely in my opinion.
I won't be surprised if they change this decision once PS6 is around
I own PS5 and prefer to play on it having a choice, so it doesn't impact me at all, but fuck, it sucks what Sony is doing.

I think part of their business plan was to force all the PC players into PSN to boost their capitalization/monetize that playerbase. That didn't work and they were pressured to walk back that part. Also their marketing of these PC ports was very subpar.
