Pretty good show, I'm watching the last episode now, binged this in 3 days. Some really good writing throughout, good characters and acting, and some excellent lines!
With Lioness, I was worried Sheridan had started to decline, but he seems to be in his top form with this one.
Also, season 2 of "1923" is just around the corner. Although I do agree that "1883" was way better.

I did not really notice/care about this in season 1, but in S02, the in-your-face agenda is a bit too much/evident. It feels out of place, and is a bit off-putting.
Also, watching this in parallel with 'Mayor of Kingstown' is not a good idea on my part, as the difference in quality between the two shows is enormous. And not for the benefit of 'Landman'.

Such a shame season 2 has turned this show into a boring soap opera. I'll probably stop watching it (got to episode 4).
For sure. I was meaning to post something but their focus on family during start of S2 is such letdown. It's just a thirst trap all around but Kayla Wallace is hot as fuck.

Made it to ep 4. Even skipping the scenes with the son & widow girlfriend. wasn't enough to watch it.
My main grievance its that same corpo suit will count my download of eps 5,6 7 as missed sales.
