Man, over the years ive stopped looking into modern music, sticking to my oldies, rejecting dominican, latin music etc. I do stick to old ones tho and brushed off Bad bunny and other modern american artists. Im sure this is the case for a lot of us, even general americans but super bowl made me curious i was forced to watch the half time show.

I got goose bumps, i wish i could explain how much was packed into that show, how much this guy packs in some of his songs, the message and the experience behind it is incredibly personal and relatable. I wish every american could actually understand everything visualized on the show, childhood experiences, teenage years, party years and how life changes. 2 of his popular songs specifically i came to like after listening to it.

DTMF talks something most of us will experience, long time friends moving on, marriage, party years gone, long nights drinking gone, folks moving away, family customs ending, its a really fucking strong song and message. Song title translates to I should have taken more photos. Respect to this guy, even tho i hate most of his songs (im over the raw vulgarity of reggaeton)

Im understating how impressed i am with the halftime, now i understand why a lot of people rang with kendrick lamar's performance last time, im definitely going to start exploring modern music a lot more. It makes me thing what i could learn by traveling and sharing more with different environments. I wish i could have lived more my 20s, even tho i lived a ton i feel there was so much more, specially when i was dragged down by bad experiences back then.

Damn, im happy i got to see this.

Superbowl is not a sport.
