Release it for regular D2 and not online only version D2R.

Fucking pricks. And charging 25$ for existing and 40$ for new players is straight up robbery.

I only tested it for like an hour, it does have an offline mode so should be okay i guess, in my hour of gameplay it ran like it supposed to, nothing weird happened, errors or stuff like this

Note if game doesnt start when you press run game in Zemu just drag D2R.exe and drop it over the Zemu window

Finally added stackable gems and runes FFS!

Wish they added some mapping system like Path of Diablo.

I used a random 10 min email to make an account to register to zemu website, from what i understand since is not a proper crack game wants every few mins to call to battlenet so they use zemu to spoof that.

By seeding it in support of poorer countries who can't foot the bill? Reaction

So did they actually manage to strip out this protection and all phone home functionality fully?

By that I mean if someone were to install the RUNE release, play it, and then uninstall. And then boot up the Battle.net launcher afterwards to play the non-upgraded game on a legit account, would they get hit with the banhammer shortly afterwards?

Seems like a stupid and silly question I know, but with the amount of fucktardery root level anticheats are pulling now, better to be safe than sorry. Laughing

For what it’s worth, I redid my pc recently and didn’t have battle net installed at all and it was fine. If/when I reinstall battle net I guess I’ll find out then if a ban was issued.

I'm in the same boat, which is why I ask.

Edit - There's definitely some sort of back and forth because if D2R.exe inbound outbound is blocked via firewall the game fails to start. Once, allowed, it worked fine.

Experienced a corrupted ground texture issue straight off the bat in Act I rogue camp, so off to the uninstall it went. Laughing
