For All Mankind: Searching for life on mars, greatest achievements of mankind
Reality: Searching for 8GB of DDR3 RAM for 234985928347$$$ because of the most retarded achievement of mankind
Not that long ago I've tried to watch everything from the beginning and first 2 seasons were great, then 3rd just tired me and I dropped somewhere at the beginning of the 4th season.

It was mainly due to a Russian espionage plot that was happening on earth. They've destroyed Margo's character for me and I just couldn't watch it anymore.
I get why they did the time jumps but it also just doesn't work for me in this show. As a spece nerd/fan, I hopped that I would enjoy it more when the story goes to more modern times but it just didn't do it.
I might come back to it once all the seasons are out (apparently season 6 will be the last one), but for now it is a skip for me.
The show was excellent when they were doing all the pioneering stuff, and we'd follow the astronauts and scientists pushing their and mankind's boundaries, using technologies of the 1960s and 70s.
But now it's all just made up politics, with characters nobody cares about. There's even a murder mystery now I'll finish it, but the writers have forgotten what made the show good in the first place. Who knows, maybe they'll increase the pace and this is about Mars eventually declaring its independency from Earth (then the show is still on its path the become the prequel for The Expanse, as it is in my head-canon ).
S5 has a plot where they are searching for life on Mars and other places in the solar system. Why not focus on that, and forget the daily chores stuff...
