I always wanted to try a gt game... I think gt7 might be wort a try.
Is there a more approachable arcade racing model too? Is chase camera ok ?

yeah of course, it's easy to get into.
there's a bunch of assists that go up to making the car almost drive itself, chase cam is ok but not great, it's classic GT so it's completely rigid, which may feel odd coming from games that have a dynamic chase cam that moves a bit
