CPU is shitty and about the same on PS5 Pro vs PS5.
Since GTA is most likely CPU limited, having a PS5 Pro won't do shit for the framerate. It will still crawl at 30 fps but with more GFX effects/crisper resolution.
Yeah it will TOTALLY run at 60fps on this old ass derpsole. Cunt* will in NO WAY use the 60fps and above excuse to make morons double and triple dip with the next gen and PC versions

GTA5 was built with PS3/360 hardware in mind yes, and few months after its release PS4/XB1 hit the market
And it's obvious current gen consoles are dated already. Not sure if Sony or MS has given next gen console dev kits or early prototypes to some big developers. Probably not

Does it really matter? You don't buy consoles to count frames per second. R* always do their best to use the resources of the consoles to their limits, and they know what they do. GTA V on Xbox 360 with 512 mb RAM is a perfect example. Now, 13 years later, they'll do much better on the current gen hardware. And noone gives a f@ck for the 30 fps cap.
What you just described is a game/movie series. That's pretty much what that is when its ['Some name] with a number after it: Same premise, same idea, mostly same content its centric on.
What is so different about the movies Halloween 1,2,3 or Fast and Furious 1,2,3.
Or the games: Gran Turismo 1,2,3, or Need for Speed 1,2,3, Farcry 1,2,3, Battlefield 1,2,3. Or FIFA (Whatever year numbering that uses).
You are complaining it's not a different game. No, thats why its 2,3,etc of [gamename] its the core of that game updated to new story, setting, and visuals.
If it was so different from the others it would have a new name not a serialized number.
