3x07 was quite a tease before the finale, and am rather disappointed Sheridan didn't have the balls to write off the character we were lead to believe would die, but whatever. Still a great show.

is this really good? cuz people said same thing about yellowstone and was meh, i found rest of sheridan shows meh but i liked his movies. is this like sicario?

It's a strong season but so far never reached the budget and level of 3x01 again.

A bit like Sicario, yes. It's a high-octane political/espionage thriller with the occasional action stunts; quite well-written (especially season 3), and with very good acting. The standard has been steadily improving this season, especially bevause there has been relatively little crappy family drama involved.
Actually, if you wanted to, you could just skip the first 2 seasons, as the 3rd makes sense on its own too (you will miss out on some not-so-vital background info only).
