I say it's stage 5 already, not recalling your own rating of a movie, not recalling leaving any rating for a given movie or not remembering seeing a movie.
Obsession 8/10. Wow. That was really great. Can't believe how much great horror we have gotten in the last 3 years or so.
These actors will be sought after, they did a great job.
Taking mental notes for possible future “hated them from the start” comments when we get tired of cheap low budget horror flick saturation.
I never said that about Interstellar, i just said it didn't like it, which is true. Yes i could have made a longer post about how i liked the first viewing then i watched it again etc.
If we're going to elaborate every detail in every thread about everything and when already OT, ugh...
Better than the last effort.
I just wished they kept the franchise in the comedy horror style of the Bruce Campbell movies.
Chat GPT could have wrote this and the last one with a prompt.
Cringe (Disclosure) Day - 2/10
Some straight to tv quality with boring plot. Maybe if I've not seen any trailer it woudl've been 3/10.
sar·casm | \ ˈsär-ˌka-zəm \

2a: a mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual
b: the use or language of sarcasm
Disclosure day, what a piece of shit movie. Disney esque finale when leading up to the reveal. Sure, lets interrupt broadcasts and do ehat you want woman because you ask! Then when it finally after 2 fucking hours get a bit interesting, it ends. 2/10. Not gonna be lenient here.
This was truly terrible. Watched it with 4 others and no one liked it. It's just a bunch of gory scenes, one after the other, there's zero atmosphere, you don't care what happens to anyone because everyone is dislikable.
The setting is SUPER boring (nowhere NEAR evil dead 1-3), its in a super boring house the whole time, not a spooky house, just an ordinary house.
Whoever is behind it, dude has no clue what it means to make a horror movie. Thinking its just about pouring as much blood as you can. lol... what a tard.
How this can have 6.4 on IMDB is beyond me.
3.5/10, the gore is well done, but that was all the movie had to offer. Seeing 2 incredible horror movies before this one (Obsession, Back Rooms) certainly did not help it.
Mortal kombat 1 6/10. I havent played the games and felt weird the whole movie was about killing before any tournament. But the deaths were decent and it kept me interested.
Mortal kombat 2 4/10. I guess this is more thematically correct, but its marvel like atmosphere was a no go for me. Most of the characters were uninteresting except johnny cage which i felt was underutilized. Deaths were boring and the cast had for the most part pretty fucking thick plot armor. I expected great fatalities on both sides but got fatalities against villains and boring deaths against the boring heroed who died. Disappointing. Kano also came back as a shell of the character we saw in the first movie, with no reason.

I saw this one yesterday at HBO. (Btw, I noticed you could enable signlanguage for it lol whats wrong with subtitles if you are deaf? )
It was an uninspiring movie. THe pace felt really slow during the fights and there was too little gore (sure there was some, but i expected more..and faster fighting). The cgi was nice from time to time, but honestly - even with a movie like Mortal Kombat they should have been able to come up with a better script.
I give it the same score as you did, 4/10.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
The Odyssey 9/10
Liked it a lot, those 3 hours flew by. Too bad I couldn't see it in 70mm in Brussels.
I thought I was going to be more annoyed by some of the changes to the original story, but they made sense for the story Nolan was telling. Also why I wasn't too bothered by the casting, apart from Elliot Page. He was just terribly miscassed as a soldier (Hades was pretty good though).
When Helena appeared, the obvious reaction is: is that it? All that for her? But that was also the point.
The last scene ignores the point also completely
Deep Space Nine 9/10
What a ride! It took me a bit to get into, admittedly, coming directly from TNG. Sisko in particular, especially at the start of the show. But definitely worth it. Season 6 is probably my favorite, they went full serial there. The 26 episodes just flew by. S7 had too much of the crooner stuff going on
