Yeah, this, more or less. I assumed it was def the norm with the latest peasant console revolution, as in 30-60 on consoles and 30-200 or whatever on pc's but i guess still not...

Will not try it on consoles anyway but if they do not make 60+ on pc, as i've read somewhere yesterday, that will be hillarously bad.

Don't worry, 60 FPS on PC is as certain as Rockstar having devised the best possible plan (probably very close to what vurt said) to extract maximum $$ from the populace

Interesting things. Not sure about the police system. Seems too much for a GTA game. And says you can carry only total of 4 weapons (2 handguns and 2 long guns) with bigger weapons can't be just hidden in your pocket. That's absolutely against GTA's core. Sad

Too much realism is bad for the fun, imo.

Heh, I remember there was body types in GTA:SA and different stats almost like and RPG. But got removed for whatever reason in later games and could be fascinating to see again.

It was already shown in one of the leaked videos. Wasn't as detailed as good ol' Mafia, you only interact with the fuel pump and it automatically fills the car tank. Tho maybe that changed in later versions of the game. But yeah, nothing really groundbreaking in that list so far. Just new to the GTA series.
