Can anyone share/link a save file/slot? Want to check out performance on the most demanding areas (big cities) and some optiscaler FSR4.0 injection testing too.
The game has a complicated save system to say the list, but after all this time surely there's a way to cut and paste files from one player to the other? Didn't find anything on Nexus or on a google search so maybe not Sad

I only tried the latest isodemo to check how it runs on my 10 years old GTX1070. Seems playable even inside the capital. You can rush straight to the big capital if you follow the main quest, get to Melve and choose to go with the horse carriage to the city. Tho have to fight a Gorgon and an Ogre but overall takes 30 mins if you skip the cutscenes.
Don't even know where the Rune release puts the savegames. Found a folder in AppData>Local, but not sure if it has saves. Files inside are only .json and .lua.

Thanks men.
<system drive>\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\RUNE\2054970\remote\win64_save
should be the save game location if you don't mind sharing it.
Swear I won't tell anyone about your loli waifu/dommy mommy customized pawns if you have them J Browman Laughing

Ok found it. Not sure about this site but uploaded it there -
 Spoiler:

PS: Tbh, not even sure if I saved inside the city and before I uninstalled the game. Sad

And I made some generic pawn. In DD1 had some fatty goblin looking pawn that was too disgusting and removed it after few hours. Laughing

It worked, save loaded, thanks men.
I'll explore it later with more time.

Nice, you welcome Toni. I will only play when Dark Arisen releases. Might even buy it. Rolling Eyes

Even on supposedly the most demanding area (market district) there wasn't seemingly a hit in performance as expected; it even had much less NPC's on screen than seen in other games and even those NPC's were phasing in and out of existence Laughing
Guess that those were some of the optimizations that ended up stabilizing the game's performance?
Now, any reason to play the first game instead of this one like some lore/story/knowledge on characters necessary from the first game?

Part 1 is (a lot) better if you don't mind the older graphics. Story wise you can just jump into 2.

Second that. The first game was superb.
The second doesn't capture the same magic.
I would for sure start with the first game.
