In English speaking world the 4 human blood types are grouped like this:
O
A
B
AB
O is pronounced as English letter 'O'
In some non English but Latin alphabet based languages O in blood types is pronounced as null or however null is said in that language.
In most former USSR and probably some former Socialist Bloc countries the blood types are given Roman numerals and pronounced as corresponding language numerals:
O=I
A=II
B=III
AB=IV
Rhesus factor or Rh is usually called 'plus', 'minus' or 'positive', 'negative' and written as
A Rh+ or A+ or II Rh+ or II+ example for the A (II) group Rh+.
If your country has (slightly) different naming scheme for human blood types, would you care to share?
