12:25: "Microsoft and Rockstar have entered into an exclusive deal to privide episodic content via Xbox Live Marketplace."
12:26: Grand Theft Auto IV will be updated with regular fresh content, more details later. Crowd is stunned, gasps all around.

I think Moore meant the episodic content.
"Moore did announce that Microsoft and Rockstar have signed an exclusive agreement to provide episodic content via Xbox Live, though he did not specifically limit the content to GTAIV." -gs

it will be prolly out end 2006 for PS3 and end 2007 for XBOX/PC... just like it always has been..

There is no exclusive rights this time, GTA4 will be out in 2007 on both PS3 and Xbox 360 on the same day.
