it has been tested and confirmed working..
id really like to know tho.. if its "safe" to update your dashboard cuz i havent updated mine for eons... hmm - think last update i did was february or smth.. hmm

Top stuff!!!!!! I gonna buy me a lovely new 360 and I'm going to enlarge a photo copy of 'The Speacialist' to hang on my dart board.
Bring on the ready made dumps.. wahoo
I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????

Ok did I get that right?
- I have to extract the security sector of every original game with a different firmware an use that security sector to build an iso.
- When I want to play the game I have to flash another firmware.
- Backuped games only work on the xbox I extracted the sucurity sector from.
- I cant't download any dumps from the net because I can't extract the security sector from them.
- I can only play games from my region.
Well thats not good.

flash firmware with you're own inserted key for you're xbox360
download ready made dumps ..make sure it's the same region (these will be available really soon)
burn
play
...or do you need it on a stick or something ???

It's progress but as a solution it's crap. I think I will wait until the 360 is fully hacked. Then the console will be cheaper too.

totaly wrong lol you don't need to reflash everytime theire is just an specific firmware out there to extract the Security Sectors once you have made all the backups from youre original discs you can flash the hacked firmware in and youre set every backup works without reflash. and pre patched iso's will be out soon probably to then its even more easy
so to sum it up theire are 2 firmware's 1 to extract the Security Sectors information.
and another firmware 2 to play all the patched backups.

I would wait a little bit longer until I buy a X360 because I want both drives supported and I want more user friendly options before I get it (Also a lower price).

Its hard to choose between backups and losing live though, and even if we get a second 360 they might force a dashboard update via the games so that the games wont run without the update and the update disables the hack.

Why should'nt you? it's just doing the same thing as the nfo states only by using the original dumped firmware. |

Great! So now all I have to do is master the hairdryer trick to safely remove the warranty sticker and there is no risk of getting detected as long as youre not connected while the hacked firmware is active. When MS countermeasures with an update we can flash our drives back again.

Give this a couple of weeks and it will be one of the easiest mods ever.
Connect adapter from PC to 360 and flash
download games (already SS codes are on usenet, full already patched games are surely next)
burn and play
