I can already tell that Miami Vice will suck. Nothing can ever compare to Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas, it was my favorite show back when. Besides, where can they possibly find all those cool clothings from the 80s. It's just another money making scheme form the movie industry. Don't they also have plans for a Magnum PI movie, imagine that without Tom Selleck.

Mann is a god among directors! Trust me when I say it's not a money making scheme.
MI3 was major dissapointment for me. Just couldn't find the cool in it.
Casino royale will definetly be able to fill that gap though, the trailer is just adrenaline in pixel-form.
Oh my god, now i know for sure that it will suck big time The movie isn't even set in the eigthies, i'll skip then and wait for season 3 on dvd, nothing beats the original. Of course it's a money making scheme, the trailer has no feeling of Miami Vice at all, they just hope to attract a bigger audience, Mann seems to be greedy.

Scary movie 4 was the worst pile of piled shit I have ever seen.
Kingdom of heaven 3 hour cut was surprisingly one of the best things I have seen in a long time. Technically it's a 2005 movie but the director's cut is coming out on dvd now and it deserves the mention.
Hasn't really been a crazy good movie yet in 2006. Still waiting....

Capote was good. If you actually knew the story you'd know it was a great adaptation too. I really liked the film and although the time in spain thing was a bit rushed it was still good.
the thing when they mentioned to kill a mockingbird was annoying though because they never actually said it. I think the name is copyrighted or somethin but it was a minro annoyance either way.

I wouldn't call a few limited screenings enough to warrant it an out an out 2005 film. Some showings of v were shown in 2005. and it was completed then too.
