How come this release was not nuked?

At half time it just spins around the statium and stays like that, all you can do is SIM to the end.
PBP is totally messed up as well.
They should just rip out the videos, music and 1st person.

tried different media and 4 diff speeds, makes no difference. tried on the HD same thing. Should be a nuke?
