I have no idea why everyone wants to nuke good cracks. Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean its the cracks fault. In my opinion its either
1. Your Registry's fault.
2. Some Starforce quirk.
And even if it is the cracks fault, Reloaded will have a crackfix. Don't get your panties in a wad and have patience. you ARE getting this free.

Is it just me or when you start a mission does it pause and give you a load bar for caching SM3.0 shaders?.... I have a modified driver for my card and I'm wondering if my cards not being recognized. I had to change it to sm3.0 from sm1.1 >< (oh and the guy being umm..... tortured in the first mission... can you save him?...) |

If you been unsure about the Euro patch by reloaded, you still can go for the auto-updater SC3UpdateLauncer.exe in the system dir, run it and it will be automatic patched.
I think that the whole problem lays in the genuine protection of the XP windows version, who have a legal or non-legal XP genuine version...

Works fine with euro patch before crack (I have the original DVD) and big nothing after i use reloaded crack. So whats so "good" in those cracks which only work for 50% of users? Its 100% crack's fault, not hardware, not software. Its fuckin bad crack  Reloaded missed something. Crackfix needed, this release should be nuked tho |
Did you by any chance.. forget to remove the Starforce drivers? |

Tried with and without them. Nothing. You know, it doesnt really matter if you have drivers or not when you use the crack. Anyway, it doesnt work with or without drivers

this shouldnt be nuked...i have yet to see a issue with this release..im going out on a limb here but i would think reloaded would have tested the shit out of this release cause they know it was gonna blow some peoples minds that they cracked it...NOBODY has been able to do this besides them....i would be really suprised to see a crack fix..im hoping they'll fix deviances fuck up in blk and whte 2....those bastards got my hope up and they fucked up that one big time!!!
btw...if anything some peoples issues couldbe related to the fact that they had the old clones installed or differant regions or something...has anybody tried installing on differant systems??...probably some shit to do with SF..has anybody checked ubisoft's support for any other users with originals and issues??
no issues here mates with reloaded's crack....

Patch didn't take but 3 mins for me. The install of the game took forever >< |

The reloaded crack or release been good, the problems lays within the legitcheckercontrol.exe who setup your ntdll.dll driver, Splintercell been coded to look for this ntdll.dll driver and if this driver is not in the way MS wanted the game won't run...
They are smarter that i ever thought before...

Ok just installed the Splinter.Cell.Chaos.Theory-RELOADED version, and it just works.
Processor AMD Athlon(tm) 64 4000+ 2412MHz
Display Card NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GTX
Memory 2048MB
Operating System Microsoft Windows XP SP2
Display Card Memory 512MB
Display Driver Version 9.1.2.8
DirectX Version 9.0c
Optical Drive CD/DVD
Sound Card SB Audigy 2 Audio [7000]
I ran the Starforce remover tool thingy before install, just to be sure (probably no need)
Installed the game, patched it with the included Euro Patch, and copied the System and Data folder over to the game folder on my C drive, and just works.
I noticed something weird in game, the sound was sort of slowed down partially (not the whole time) sounded like Sam was talking half an octave lower sorta, LOL. Could be the crack or could also be my sound driver or some codec. Don't really matter. It works all the same.

If that was directed to me. I have a legal version of XP. Came with my old DELL comp like 4 years ago, an OEM version that is. Running on auto updates, not included SP2 from scratch, don't think that matters, but there it is.

Non Legal.. Auto Updates are off. And all my "Genuine Windows" stuff that I need, i get via P2P or whatever. XP Service Pack 2 EDIT- Where would I look to see if I had the EXE incase windows search has become retarded.

The whole problems lies within the ntdll.ll driver whom must updated each time by MS genuine checker, ollydbg tells no lies about it, maybe its time for myself to re-install XP also...
