Still kicks me back to desktop...can´t someone who actually knows waht there doin tell me if they are using V2 or V3 with V2 dll´s.
V3 with V2 dll's i can´t connect becuse it says they are using a new protocol shit and V2 crashes to desktop.

Which is version 2? Cus the repack dosen´t work unless you add the uppdate cus it says newer protocol shit.

ok so i got v2 and v3 both up and working but with v2 i cant connect to servers becuz of protocol and with v3 it crashes to my desktop at like 1 minute play.
so can some1 actually play this game online?

As far as I can tell, you get v3, put the v2 pack in there (overriting some files) and then you need an IP of a cracked server.
I don't think there is ANY way to join legit servers at this time.

why doesnt some1 just make a guide?
i.e download CSS.Non-Steam.EmporiO.Re-Packed.bY.Ad0o. extract cssource_v2dllsplayable_emporio (V3>v2) downlkoad and overwrite. change the directories etc. idk the extact thing but some1 will. seems like too much effort when i can play in a few dyas neway. and wont need to fuck abt with more update cracks.

i have just played this alittle, used just the repack and nothin else (no uppdates or anything) but you will going to have to need the IP of the server in order to play on it.
I can tell you one thing though, this game is SICK. I love it. They´ve inproved everything that was wrong with the old CS (which i hated).

I dunno. seems like everyone says the servers crash after a short amount of time or if too many players are on.
Also, a lot of people are getting the invalid steam ticket thing.

Doesnt seem any diff than the old CS albeit the dx9, the architecture, and the physics (which seems buggy at points). Peace,

of course not, it's CS:Source not CS2, it's not supposed to be any different.

Yeah, CS:S is just the old CS on a new engine. CS2 is coming in the beginning of the next year I believe.

Ok guys\gals whatever... I have been following this thread and read it a coupple of times and I am totaly confused! PLEASE, Can someone, who has this thing working, explain to us hows & whats:
- What files do we need? at least their names. (do we need Steam also or just an account?)
- In what order to install the files

@karlikas: I´m pretty sure u can if you number on the cupon looks like a serial. Becuse iv'e heard people having another type of serial that differs from everyone else (that u use to get your serial with if u download it from steam), but maybe thats only some people in EU.

If you get invalid steam ID error:
I had to delete blob file in valve folder, then play CS 1.6 in steam, then Just EXIT Steam (EXIT AND LOGOUT WILL NOT WORK) then copy new blob file
this worked!

yo guys i havethe game and i fixed the v3 crash just take the engine.dll from v2 and overwrite it to the v3 and it works but you can play at v2 servers :\ but can any 1 tell me where can i find ded server to download and run it i have 100Mbit conection can any 1 give me a link to dedicated server for v2 and v3 so i can run a server i'll be glad if some 1 could give me a linux one thx in advice
btw does emporio work coz i get suspended some shit thing
EDIT: i looked at the trouble shooting link but i can't download the ded server file
