Highly highly highly doubt they did. It would be with the entire EU too, not just Sweden because there's a common tariff/policy with third countries. And if they really did have an embargo with Sweden, Sweden could just get any EU country to order goods and then import then over without encurring any extra costs because of the internal market.

The swedes who ordered the raid confessed that americans threatened to blacklist them on world trade organisation so its probably not made up.
